$4 flat, anywhere in Lebanon. Orders over $60 are delivered free.

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes — we deliver across Lebanon.

How long does delivery take?

1 to 4 working days, depending on where you are.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order arrives.

Do I need a card to order?

No. Nothing is paid up front and no card details are needed.

Can I order on WhatsApp instead?

Yes. Add what you want to the cart and press Order on WhatsApp, and your list comes straight to us.

Are your prices in dollars?

Yes, all prices are in USD.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us within 5 days with your order number and a photo or video. Once approved, we refund you in full within 7 days.

Can I return something I just didn't like?

No — we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or wrong. Please read the product description before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you're unsure about anything.

Do you send replacements?

No. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, we refund you in full — a refund is the only remedy we offer. You're free to order the item again if you'd like to.

Is there a warranty?

These are everyday household items rather than electronics, so there's no formal warranty. If something arrives faulty, tell us within 5 days and we'll refund you.
