$6 flat, anywhere in Lebanon. Orders over $60 are delivered free.

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes — we deliver across Lebanon.

How long does delivery take?

1 to 4 working days, depending on where you are.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order arrives.

Do I need a card to order?

No. Nothing is paid up front and no card details are needed.

Can I order on WhatsApp instead?

Yes. Add what you want to the cart and press Order on WhatsApp, and your list comes straight to us.

Are your prices in dollars?

Yes, all prices are in USD.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us within 5 days with a photo or video. We'll replace it free, or refund you in full within 7 days.

Can I return something I just didn't like?

Yes, within 5 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return delivery for a change of mind is at your cost.

Is there a warranty?

These are everyday household items rather than electronics, so there's no formal warranty — but if something fails because it was faulty, tell us and we'll sort it out.
