Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on shopratik.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it and arrange delivery. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot reach you to arrange delivery. If that happens we will tell you and you pay nothing.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is cash on delivery, so you pay the courier when your order arrives. Prices may change at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon, typically within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is charged at checkout, and orders above the stated threshold ship free.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and between production batches, so product images are illustrative.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are fit for ordinary use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Lebanese consumer law.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. Please do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that interferes with the site or with other customers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction.
